We are a coalition of organizations and individuals who work to address homelessness in the Grand Valley through education, cooperation and joint efforts.

Along with the Mesa County Collaboration for the Unhoused and other area organizations, GVCH has adopted the local Unhoused Strategy and Implementation Plan.
