We are a coalition of organizations and individuals with lived experience who address homelessness in the Grand Valley through awareness, advocacy, and collaboration.

Along with the Mesa County Collaboration for the Unhoused and other area organizations, GVCH has adopted the local Unhoused Strategy and Implementation Plan.
