    Five-bed emergency shelter for youth 18 to 22 years old, offering intensive case management, advocacy, and support to move young people towards housing that is safe and stable, ongoing positive relationships, education and employment, and emotional, physical, and psychological well-being.

    For individuals needing safe housing due to imminent danger from intimate partner violence and/or sexual assault. Case management and help with resources, advocacy, referral to safe house.

  3. HomewardBound of the Grand Valley

    Pathways Family Shelter

    562 29 Road, Grand Junction, CO 81504

    serves families, as well as single adults who are in Recovery Living and Purposeful Work Programs. This shelter serves guests 24hrs. It is recommended to complete new intakes before 5pm. Services include Case Management, a 6-month inpatient Recovery Living Program, Purposeful Work Program, laundry, and meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

    located inside Pathway’s Family Shelter. PWC serves North Avenue Guests, Pathway’s guests, and anyone experiencing low-income, homeless, or at risk of being homeless. Services include onsite medical, behavioral health, and case management.
