The Oxford houses are an international organization of self-run, self-supportive addiction recovery houses. A $250 non-refundable move-in fee is required and the cost range is from $500 to $650; each house has different costs. No insurance accepted and only money orders accepted. Required to be in recovery from drugs or alcohol and willing to seek recovery outside of the house. Must be working or in school; if you are on disability you will need to be doing volunteer work while living there. We do not accept individuals that have been convicted of sex or arson crimes. A person with personal lived experience of addiction and living a life of sustained recovery. Works with and supports individuals immersed in addiction, and supports people in recovery from the abuse of alcohol and drugs. Helps people in need of treatment for opioid use disorder to get connected to Medication Assisted Treatment in their communities. Assists people in obtaining services that suit the individual’s recovery needs. Will meet at Mind Springs or elsewhere in the community.
