    The Asset House is a two-year transitional living program for adults ages 18 and older. Residents at Asset House live in single rooms and share bathrooms and kitchen. We work to get residents connected with resources and support in the community.

    Bonnie’s House is a voucher-based, 5-bed permanent supportive housing program for young people experiencing homelessness, age 18-24. Case management and advocacy assist young people to grow in self-sufficiency. Single room occupancy, voucher program, tenants pay 30% of their income towards rent.

    Housing and transitional coaching support for youth and young adults aging out of the foster care system and/or exiting from the Department of Youth Services. Offers up to 18 months of shared housing for those who are employed or enrolled in school, including GED or college programs. Focuses on building life skills and supporting participants in reaching their personal goals.

    Laurel House is a large apartment building that houses some of our community’s most vulnerable young people. The program features 34 one-bedroom apartments with a lot of beautiful common space. Young people can stay in their apartments for as long as needed. Serving ages 18-24 at program entry. On-site staff – including the program coordinator, two case managers, a full-time activities coordinator, and therapist – provide voluntary services for tenants in Laurel House.
